My family has been here a couple of times and each time the experience and the food is just ok. The last trip here was for lunch. We were sat at a table that was situated under a leaking hole in the ceiling. Nice... We moved our table over and alerted the staff, they didn't seem to interested. We ordered appetizers first. Their fried pickles are truly wonderful. Our friends had the calamari and they said it was tasty. After that my husband and I split a Ruben sandwich. Not good. The meat was rubbery and the sandwich itself soggy. Our children had the chicken fingers and they came out burned. The service was average. I probably won't be going back, and more than likely won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone else.

Trackside Grill is a treasure in Kennesaw. We live 20 miles away in Woodstock and don't hesitate to make the drive to eat there. The food is first class but extremely reasonably priced. Presentation is lovely, everything is fresh, service is terrific--what more could you want? They also have frugally priced drinks even with top shelf liquor. Desserts are yummy and homemade. My vegetable plate wasn't the usual boring stuff from most restaurants. It was a gourmet delight. We will be back again soon. I would give Trackside 5 stars under Great Local Restaurants. I decided on 4 because there are some places intown that are the once per year special occasion dining experiences. But for good food at excellent prices, Trackside is on our Go To list.

The food here is excellent. I've only been for dinner, but my next stop will be brunch. They used to have half price wine on Monday's, but I'm not sure if that is still the case.
