Buyer Beware :(. Basil, Nate, my husband and I agreed upon a price per month that we would pay for a lovely Sedona. He even had us sign a paper with that price on it! Once in Basil's office, he added multiple things to the contract that drove the price up $60 per month and he will not make it right. Even if those charges are refunded, my payment doesn't change. Basically, he added over $4000 to my price. Kia! You make an excellent vehicle! You don't need to cheat people!

Do Not Go Here unless you want to be robbed.. I just wanted to thank the fine people at the Kia dealership in Douglasville that I sat and talked to when I arrived. With that said I would also like to tell them they have a salesperson and finance person that have no business working with customers. They were the perfect combination of inconsiderate and butthead. One would not answer a questions and the other decided the customer is never right. Between the two of them I knew I had a better chance in a back alley behind Grady hospital of not getting my wallet stolen. When I told them what I wanted the taller of the two youths said I am no puppet on a string and you can carry yourself right out of here with that idea. Then they walked away and gave each other a high fived. The idea that I am about to drop 35-40K on a van and I got treated that way tells me the management of this organization either does not care about their customers or they just don’t know what their sales people are doing. I would recommend you going somewhere else to purchase as these two little kids that are playing with your wallet and only have one thing on their mind how am I going to get your money. They will sell you what you do not want for more than what you would have paid at any of the other thousands of dealerships around this great nation.

PS. if you go in to the dealership and do decide to purchase the best way to know you’re not getting these two inconsiderate youths is they looked like JJ Walker from good times with smaller heads, bigger egos and a average age of 19.

DON'T BUY HERE. Worst service ever even with change in service managers! I have had problems with this car. Bought on selling point of warranty that came with it. Wife took kia sportage to have a couple of things repaired at different times. They did great replacing the face of the radio when it was comming off. But that was only time. She went up there when air-condition was making loud noise. They told her it was normal sound. I had to take off a day at work and Got the service manager and told him if he had another new vehicle that made that normal sound then i would be fine. Hopped in a new on and no sound. Got in mine and drove down street and before we got going he admitted that it was louder than normal and replaced the compressor. I wasted a days pay and the hassel of dealing with them. Another time wife took it up there noise was coming from front c/v joint. They told her they could not duplicate noise. I talked to them on phone and no avail. Later took it back to them when noise was more often and they had the nerve to say that it was caused by us hitting something. B/S..... Wife refuses to go back to them because how they treat her. Stay away from them!!!!!!!! Dont just take my word for it search them in other places and you will find this is the #1 complaint for this dealer.

Worst place to buy a Kia!. Bad experience with Fred and Greg. Multiple credit inquires. Vehicle was dirty. High pressure sales tactics used. Fred sent rude letter and John wouldn’t return my calls. Do not recommend!

excellent service/value. My experience was positive all the way through. They gave me a great deal and life time oil changes and tire rotations on my new car for free. The service dept. has been so good I take all of my cars there now.
