Listened to my needs and made suggestions while observing my budget. Saved me from wasting money by offering expert advice on equipment and room set up. Personalized service unavailable in a discount store with superior knowledge. No pressure at all... zero, even when I was slow to make up my mind! End result was a dedicated Home Theater in my home that amazes my friends and family (and me!) over and over again. Two previous consultations from others would have yielded a lesser product for more money. The Home Theater store has my express endorsement and I will remain a loyal customer. They have also stood behind me since project completion with unbelievable support... five stars all the way around, a truly great American company.
