Terrible customer service- no integrity at all

I ordered my wedding cake for my reception from these guys and fully paid for my order as this was their request. THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER!!! I called to make sure everything was set on their schedule one week before the date of the reception and they said everything was fine- and then no cake came. We called them- and they asked for more money at first to bring whatever cake that they had in stock- finally after arguing with them- they brought a completely different cake from what I ordered- one that did not match our reception at all. Afterwards, the owner gave us a voucher for $75 as compensation for what happened. When my family and I went in to use the voucher- they insulted us and would not allow us to use it. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner since - but they keep saying that the person who gave us the voucher no longer works there and therefore they don't know what happened. Though their cakes are good- I would not use these guys for any occassion that is important to you.
