My favorite lunch place!. The food here rocks! I have had many items here over the years . The fried pickles are delicious and addicting. I love the chicken salad on a croissant and the potato salad. Cookies are great, everything is great! We have used the barn in the back for 2 different special events and they did a marvelous job. Kudos to the Pickle!
Not impressed. We had a coupon to this restaurant and decided to give it a shot as we drive by it every day. Not a one of us were satisfied with the food. The pimento cheese burger was overcooked. The fried pickles bland, not tasty. The "spicy" chicken tortilla soup was not spicy nor did it have any flavor. The creole grouper sandwich was downright unappetizing...had some funky taste. I guess they are trying to put a creative spin and we didn't like their particular spin. Sounds like many people love it. The people that worked there were very nice and service was good. Just the food...not so much. Oh well, we tried something different and it didn't agree.
Just great!. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a little home style deli like the one back home I loved so much and stumbled upon this place. The food was amazing, the people are super friendly and the prices were really good. I will definitely be back, I can't wait to try the dinner menu!
great food and atmosphere. We love going to Fickle Pickle and sitting outside on the patio. My fav is the fried green tomato sandwich. I can't wait to try the newly introduced breakfast!
Darn Good Breakfast.
I can't believe that this place isn't packed for breakfast. I have been there often over the past two weeks with my kids and we have sampled just about everything. Try the Fried Green Tomato Scramble. The waffle is a favorite of my daughter's and the boy really likes building his own egg sandwhich.
Great muffins and better service can get you in and out the door fast. Personally, I like sitting with the kids and chatting with the staff while rush hour passes by.
What else can I say, give it a shot. Tell them Frank sent ya ;-)
Wonderful Lunch, Very Sad Breakfast.
Fickle Pickle’s patio is so casual and conducive to relaxing over an inexpensive meal, and I love the family-friendly atmosphere. Its location in a beat-up old Victorian style house right on Canton in downtown Roswell is perfect. Be aware that you order at the counter like at a fast food restaurant, and the food is brought to you. But like a fast food restaurant, cream for the coffee is the mini-plastic container variety. Can’t beat the burgers, tuna melt, roasted veggie sandwich, and, of course, the famous chicken salad with dried cherries on a croissant. Score if there’s not a line when you order! Really great place to pick up a quick take-home dinner, especially the Cobb salad.
But Yikes! Something has gone terribly wrong with FP’s new breakfast. The Belgian Waffle arrived white, almost raw. And its fruit accompaniment was a sliced banana. The Fried Green Tomato Scramble was supposed to be three eggs, but was only about a tablespoon of scrambled egg pellets which arrived on a limp, underdone slice of fried green tomato. The sausage patty was more like a flavorless, very thin piece of cardboard. Stick with lunch and dinner at Fickle Pickle!
Great casual sandwiches and soups. Really good food, great soups and sandwiches. The cute setting of an old house makes for some pretty close seating, so keep that in mind if you're planning a meeting.
Awesome Sandwiches!. I wouldn't go there again on a busy weekend, however this place is a must when visiting downtown Roswell, GA!
Great little hidden resturant. Tasty food at great prices, however, seating is limited and parking is evern more so.
great food, nice casual eatery. Great for families and casual dates. Really good food, nice house. Everything seems clean and well done. Prices are really good, to often fresh and inventive means over priced, not here. Everything is in line with market prices and obviously home made. Only downside is parking - it's a giant pain, even more than normal in downtown Roswell.
