Most salons are saturated with women clients and a stylist who can execute a gentleman’s hair style and do an exceptional job is hard to find. Stephanie was very patient, she took her time and the results show. I have experienced many salons in the area and have been unsatisfied on numerous occasions. Finally, with a good recommendation from a colleague I have now found an exceptional salon. Thanks Stephanie!
WORST SPA!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is by far the worst spa experience ever! I bought a groupon deal apparently it included everything from executive facial, massage, reflexology, parafin wax. They say they offer wine & water etc. Yeah never offered me a sip on even water. The receptionist was the worst she was rude from the moment I made my appt to the moment I walked out the door. She was even rude to other safe members. The facial was a joke! The massage was ok..therapist was texting while doing my reflexology..yeah thats real professional. I dont know if they dont care as it was a groupon deal but I would have requested my money back had I paid full price. Was looking for a new spa to go to but I will keep looking as this was awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
Worst Experience Ever!!. This salon is by far the worst I have EVER experienced. They are very unorganized and the salon is not clean which is the first thing I noticed. I was in there for a fill-in. The nail tech barely even said two word's to me. I was NEVER offered anything to drink and when asked they acted as if I was bothering them. When I went to check out the receptionist seemed very "out there." I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!
As many cons as there are pros. I've been to this salon many times and many times I get a good cut but a couple of times I haven't. They use too much product when styling thicker hair. The stylist is either chatty with "other" customers or just simply non-existant when most of the time. The salon is very cramped and very noisy and the walls are boring. It's not a spa experience at all as I have yet to get a neck massage when my hair is shampooed or even offered any other services like a pedi/mani or a deep conditioning treatment... I always have to ask for what I want. I feel they are too overpriced for their services given the environment. GH - grumpyhair dot wordpress dot com
