Order wrong/ waste of money. Used them for the first time the other night to get dinner from El Azteca, The wait was about an hour, that's ok I wasn't really concerned with the wait. So finally the driver shows up and first I'm stunned to see a giant "TIP" section in the middle of the page, didn't I just pay you 5 dollars to deliver why do I need to tip you on top of the tip? Anyway, I was just happy to have the food so I take it inside for us to eat, my gf's order is correct and fine, Mine on the other hand is wrong and also almost cold. Maybe the food temp is not really Zifty's fault but not reading the receipt and confirming the order was correct is. If you're going to charge a premium price you need to deliver premium service. This was far from it. Complete waste of money unless your deathly ill and cant leave your house. Next time I'll drive to pick up my own food.

Love Zifty!. I've been using Zifty somewhat regularly for over a year now. I've been able to narrow down it down to which restaurants are consistently good (something that Zifty has little to no control over) and have never been left unsatisfied. If there has ever been an issue with an order, Zifty has offered to give me a refund or a quick redelivery. I don't know how anyone could leave a bad review because the guys at Zifty are always willing to fix any mistake and I understand that mistakes, whether on the restaurant or the driver, do happen.

I appreciate Zifty's selection and the flat delivery fee. My items are always on time, if not 20-30 minutes early, and the drivers are very polite. I always tip 15-20% like I would a server. They are waiting on me just the same.

My deliveries are usually made within an hour but if you are ordering at noon or six o'clock, expect a wait. You know you'd have an extra thirty minutes to add to your trip if you had to go out in those hours of traffic too.

I recommend Zifty to all of my friends in the city. It costs a little bit more than if you went and got it yourself but you are paying for that convenience.

OH and now that it's summer, I really appreciate being able to order King of Pops and Westside Creamery and have it delivered to my door! Thank you Zifty!

Zifty...what a joke!. We ordered Zifty for the first time tonight. What a disappointment! From Noni's we received a spaghetti no meatballs (which we paid an extra $5 for) with a piece of soggy bread, another pasta and a salad for $12 with two slices of tomato and two pieces of mozzarella. Total cost was $53.19 not including a tip after two hours. Plus, the containers were so soggy when they arrived, the bag leaked all over the house as we brought it in. Total waste of money for something overpriced, underdelivered and tasteless.

Zifty Rip off artist. i ordered a burito and a pack of batteries. Not a big deal. total i spent 16 bucks, 14.67 plus tip

the burrito i got was SWAMPED in guacamole. and it didnt even have the tomatoes i requested. when i called for the refund they said they would gladly give me a refund, instead they posted a credit for the burrito to my account. They claim they couldnt refund me because i paid in cash and they can only do credit card refunds. NOT TO MENTION I FOUND THAT THEY KEPT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE IN THEIR SYSTEM FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION but wouldnt post a refund to my credit card

what kind of BS is that. not to mention all the delivery fees associated with the order.

basically all i got in the experience is a pack of batteries. a 16 dollar pack of batteries. this is total lameness and i am ready to call clarke howard and report this place for fraud.

Instant (well, almost) Gratification.. I am officially addicted to Zifty! Their website is very easy to use and has a great selection of items available for delivery. They introduced me to Chocolate Pink, which has a cafe in Midtown, but the trip from Decatur to Midtown maybe short but it traffic-filled at all hours. The desserts Chocolate Pink creates are amazingly wonderful. Also, you can have them delivered by Zifty while cooking dinner and impress your family! Zifty also goes to various restaurants, even multiple restaurants for one delivery. It is great if you are craving BBQ and the roommate is craving Greek food, It was really useful for me when I was car-less and even with the delivery fee it costs a lot less than a car payment! My only wish is that the delivery could be a little faster but this is coming from the girl who gets impatient waiting 30 seconds for her coffee to warm in the microwave.

The customer service provided on the site is also superb. There have been several times I have had further questions about products. Zifty has a nifty feature where you can talk to a customer service agent via chat during business hours. I have spoken to a couple of different agents and they were very helpful and professional.

Do yourself a favor and check out Zifty, they have everything from food and drinks to toilet paper and cold medicine and all of it can be delivered to your door in about an hour.
