Disappointing in so many ways. I have been going to Azio's for years- every time I come to Atlanta, so probably 10 times. Have always loved the food and ambience, although I don't much like their current decorated style. Menu rather limited, food that we ordered good to very good.

Recently, I showed up with an online Restaurant $25 certificate, redeemable with a $50 purchase, not including liquor. Our tab was over $100. Gave my certificate to the server with the check and the manager declined it. He said he "called three times for authorization". Both of us thought he was lying.

Reported incident to the online Restaurant company and they immediately emailed to me that it should have been honored and issued me a credit to apply towards another restaurant. They also informed me that Azio's had not called them to be removed from their list and that the manager should have honored it.

I have recommended Azio's to dozens of people over the years. I would think that the management would be bending over backwards to keep their patrons happy. I now realize why, on a Thursday night with a convention in town, there were lots of empty tables.

Love Azio!!. If you work downtown, Azio is a great spot for lunch - yummy pastas and salads, and a cool atmosphere. I probably eat here once a week.

Highly recommend Azio if you work downtown, or are staying downtown for a convention!
