Relax and exercise and feel peaceful. I have been a member for 5 years. This particular yoga exercise feels so refreshing and it helps me keep my life and emotions in balance and it certainly keeps me healthy. Real preventive medicine. I carry my good feeling back to my home. The teachers give individual attention and personal time after class as needed. Has been a great support.

very light and joyful energy. I was very sketchy about yoga in the past, I used to have an unhealthy lifestyle. Dahn Yoga helped me to get my life straight, I got illegal substances and alcohol out of my life completely and never looked back. My energy levels have gone up and I feel more confident, my awereness grew and my perspective on life is much more clear. I dont feel lost anymore and I know that the only worthwhile thing to achieve in your life is your soul's completion or enlightenment. ChunWha HaSeYo! ^_^
Great practice for training the body and healing the spirit.
When I went to Dahn Yoga I was at first amazed at how peaceful the studio is. I felt so relaxed just sitting in the lobby. So far the classes have been great. It's not as serious as other yoga classes. The instructors make the classes challenging but fun. Also you receive a lot of personal attention from the instructors in weekly private checkups. This was great because I'm still a beginner.
Everyone really should do yoga. It has done so much for my body and my life.
Relieves stress. I've tried other styles yoga and this one seems to be more of a gentle type of yoga very relaxing more focused on healing the body and mind. I do release a good amount of stress when I take the class. Its great to take a class after a long stressful day of work.
Best Yoga. Dahn Yoga & Tai Chi is great! Its actually not just a yoga & tai chi center, its a well rounded wellness center. You get all the benefits of health and physical fitness, plus all the benefits of emotional wellness. This particular style of excersises focuses on energy and using and cultivating this energy in all aspects of you life. Simply put before i joined I was stressed and had no direction in my life, now I am an instructor teaching classes and I am healthier and more complete than I have ever been in my life.
