This group needs to be put out to pasture. I've dealt with this group several times in the last 2-3 years and always found the Dir. of Programs to be pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and prompt. Something has gone bad wrong though in the last few months. No one at this establishment seems to know which way is up. Try getting a straight answer about tours and the woman who calls you back will lead you evey which way but to the answer. Maddening.
