Used to be a good florist... ...but is simply utilizing their proximity to Home Depot and resting on their 5 year old reviews. Talk you into delivering on the day BEFORE Valentine's Day so that she gets the flowers....then delivers at lunch with no re-delivery that afternoon....then to Friday as they are too booked...but it is 2:00 and they aren't even on the truck yet. There are better florsits that actually care about their customers...go to them....run...this place has lost it.

The Great People at Concord Designs Florist.. My family and I had a sad yet memorable holiday season as my grandmother passed away the Thursday before Christmas. We had her funeral the day after Christmas and Concord Designs did most of the flowers. Daniel and his team did a great job in taking flower arrangement orders from multiple parties and also made sure the flowers arrived on time for the funeral. The flowers looked incredible. Speaking on behalf of my Mom, Brother and the rest of our family, than you so much for a job well done.

Excellent service. I have been very pleased with your floral arrangments when I have bought flowers from you especially on valentines day, I usually purchase a dozen roses, they are fresh and last a good while compared to other places I have tried, keep up the good work, my wife has loved it.

Best Quality. I was very pleased with the quality of service and product. I don't live in the area, so I ordered on the phone. My cousin loved the bouquet and I was able to check it on the webcam. It was just beautiful!

Can't go a week without getting my girl flowers from Concord Designs. Concord Designs Florist in Smyrna does a very impressive and outstanding work. I buy flowers for my girlfriend every week from them. I usually buy the rose special or the holland mix special that they carry.

She loves to spread them around the house and she tells me not to be buying so often because they always last so long. I buy it anyways. It makes her happy. It makes me happy !

I started using them to deliver flowers to our office too and it makes a big difference. I highly recommend Concord Designs Florist.

Beautiful flowers and wonderful customer service!!!!. Concord recently did flowers for my very small wedding..only a bouquet for me, boutineer (sp>) for my husband and an arrangement for the front of the church. I was so pleased with everything they did! The roses in my boquest were absolutley gorgeous and are still doing well after 10 days. They spent time helping me choose the right things that were appropriate for me, even though it was a very small order for them. My daughter is getting married in August and we will definitely be using them again.

My favorite florist. I have always used Concord since they opened 4 years ago. They are very accomodating on any occasion. The flowers are great. The chocolate a little pricey, but well worth it for a special gift or a chocolate craving.

I like going there in person because I get to see little things that I always add to my orders. They have awesome chocolate, excellent scented candles and very, very tasteful cds. All that complements the gorgeous arrangements that they make. Concord is like a perfect one stop shop. They got it all.

And thank you Scott for the beautiful flower arrangements. I voted for you !

Excellent service and perfect arrangements!. I have used Concord Designs for corporate and personal use. They have the freshest flowers with creative arrangements that are appropriate for the receiver. I can't say enough about them. Their prices are competitive and I know that the arrangements I send will arrive on time in picture perfect condition!

The Flowers are beautiful and fresh always. This is definately the best florist in town by far. They are always so nice and helpful. The flowers we get are always fresh and beautiful. I will be a longtime customer.

Optimum Quality and Service. The people from this shop are really helpfull. They are full of great suggestions when you need an oppinion. The flowers look great and fresh. I highly recommend them!
