I went to Sandy Springs Dental for a cleaning. While Dr. Stoever and my hygienist were very kind and knowledgeable, I will not return.

Every interaction I had with the receptionist -Meliisa-was negative. She is abrasive, cold and needs to learn to treat patients with dignity. I called several times with requests for Dr. Stoever to call me, as I had questions regarding my treatment. I never heard back. I can only guess that the receptionist didn't give her my messages.

I learned my lesson and found a new dentist with a nicer receptionist.

Customer service. I called to set up an appointment and was met with rude, terse replies by a know-it-all whose name I will refrain from using out of courtesy, something she needs to learn to lend to potential CUSTOMERS.

Exceptional Dental Care!. During my first visit to Dr. Stoever's office, I was immediately treated with professionalism and exceptional customer service. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the procedures to me. They handled my insurance claims in a timely manner, and followed up with me a few days after my procedures. I would gladly recommend Sandy Springs Dental to anyone!!

Great experience. I had my first visit yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office was clean and bright and in a convenient location. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years and was unsure of what to expect. My appointment started shortly after I filled out my paperwork, my hygenist was friendly and knew what she was doing. I was impressed that they visually show you your x-rays and use a camera to take pictures in your mouth to point out concerns or issues...right on the tv above your head! Dr. Stoever and my hygenist explained everything clearly and before they started my cleaning, I was told exactly what I was being billed for and what insurance would cover. There were no surprises. I was not pressured to buy any products or services. I definitely plan to make this my regular dentist and would recommend Sandy Springs Dental to anyone.

Family Dentist. I have lived in Atlanta for 15 yrs. and was impressed by Dr. Stoever's knowledge and the office staff's demeanor. I would recommend Sandy Springs Dental without hesitation.

Great Experience. Dr. Stoever's dental practice is top notch. A few weeks ago I had my first visit there and I was very impressed by the professional staff, attention to detail, care, and of course, in-care television. I have certainly found a permanant home for dental care. Dr. Stoever comes highly recommended from this guy!!

My new favorite dentist. I hadn't been to see a dentist in years, but I made the right choice by going to see Dr. Stoever. Her office was very clean and her staff was extremely friendly. I ended up needing a couple of fillings but it turned out to be a walk in the park because I didn't feel a thing the entire procedure. I was able to watch TV in my chair while she worked, which made it even better. I've recommended Sandy Springs Dental to all my friends.

Lunch at the Dentist!. I went to see Dr Stoever on my lunch one day! I only needed a regular cleaning so I went during my break. Dr Stoever and her staff are so nice and they were on time and very courteous of my time considering I only had an hour. I am so glad that I have found a dentist that I can get to so quickly. Her office is also very nice andI love the fact that I can watch tv while I am there! To top it off, after my cleaning they gave me a hot towel for my face. How nice is that?! AWESOME!
