Ultimate Sugar Fix! Perfect Valentine's Gift! Heavenly Praline's!. Whenever I'm at Phipps Plaza shopping, going to the movies, or coming back from dining, I always stop by River Street Sweets. It's named after the original location on River Street, in historical Savannah. When you walk by, then in, the smell of sugar and melted butter, makes you start to salivate. Everything from fudge, truffles, and their signature Praline's, are all pure heaven. You can watch them make Praline's in front of your eyes. Georgia pecans, sugar, and melted butter. If you want a special gift of love for your favorite Valentine, bring home some of these babies. I usually buy a couple of Praline's to take home, but guess what? They are always eaten before I get there. Pure sugar heaven!
