Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap hat?. I just got the WORST haircut of my LIFE at Salon Serenity. It should change its name to Salon Incompetent. Maybe it's not fair to blame the whole salon for this one idiot - but they did hire her. I'm pretty sure I was her first haircut EVER. I knew I was in trouble when my requested "eyebrow-length" bangs got cut, wet and stretched out, exactly AT eyebrow length - ensuring that when they dried they would be 1/4 inch long. Then after the cutting was over, she reached for the drier... pause... I could SEE the hamster turning that wheel a couple of times... put the drier back and reach for some product. She grabbed a hunk of hair, sprayed the roots, (pause while hamster wheel turns), put the HAIRSPRAY down and went to find the root spray. Then the drying began. Random chunks all over my head, rolled onto the brush, and then blown back down again as the drier waved around the room while she selected another random chunk to dry. After I got the cord unwrapped from around my body, and pointed out the most glaring inconsistencies, she went after me with the scissors again, randomly snipping hairs here and there. I decided to stop her before I was completely bald, so I said thanks and left. I don't THINK I'll be returning. Oh, and I should have known something was odd, because as I walked in for my appointment, there was a sign outside offering $5 off to walkins. Hmm... punishment for those who bother to make an appointment? Odd marketing style.
