ok i was a little worried about eating here because i read the reviews and they weren't that good. i was very pleasantly surprised. the food was relatively fresh for such a large buffet. the variety was wide. i left very full. the apple pie "cobbler" with ice cream was very good. i know food. i used to own my own place. the temperatures could have been a little warmer but i always chose the stuff at the bottom of the dish so it was hot.

i especially liked the Mongolian beef. at first the slices looked very thin, but the flavor was very good and the meat was exceptionally tender!!! the sweet n sour chicken was good sized portions, not that stuff that's all batter. seafood was good also with wide variety as well.

i only had an issue with the price being a little high for dinner on a sunday. and the price of soda (glass of mostly ice) was $1.69. with a $10 dinner is a bit high, even with refills.

the service was pretty good. plates were cleaned from the table immediately by one of the ladies in pink. she seemed more attentive than the others. btw, sweeping while customers are eating is pretty nasty. they really need to invest in one of those powerless sweepers instead. i didn't relish the idea of flying dust while i ate. it was 3 feet away.

yes, i would return here which is something cause i find it hard to eat out. i've seen too many kitchens and been sick too many times.

ps. the "other place" across the street was empty. that's gotta say something...

Bad business. Not recommended. Food not desirable. Do not trust business ethics. Eat there at your own risk. Will never eat there again.

Best Restaurant in Woodstock!!!!. We have been eating there for over 3 years and have not gotten tired of the food!

Staff is friendly, food is good, price is cheap, place is clean. What else can you ask for? We have not been disappointed yet so far! We eat there about 2 times a wekk and look forward to eating there each time!

Cannot beat the price and the quality of food you get! great sushi, great crab legs, great ribs, great steak and great people!
