I left my Poor dog at Best Friends for a long week-end and when I came back, He had urine stains on his side and a bite mark on his ear. I inquired about the injury and the manager was dumbfounded as it was the first he had heard of it. No explaination was given other than we are sorry and we have no idea how it got there. I paid for playtimes and I'm sure that he just got in a tussle with another dog, but for the manager to not know anything and then say nothing about it, Come on. There was also no apology given for the urine stains on his side.

I took him home and bathed him. I hope my dog forgets his stay there, because I NEVER WILL
