clean and efficient and the sandwiches are yummy too!. I hadn't eaten here in a long time, and recently was given a coupon. I was pleasantly surprised, the sandwiches are VERY tasty, many unique ones like Waldorf chicken salad, my favorite. The pastries are great too, but I couldn't get on their WIFI twice, something wrong with it I think. Electric outlets for laptop were scarce but that's hardly a negative. If you avoid lunchtime (12-1pm) it is actually quiet and peaceful, dinnertime too.
