On time and very professional. When our roof starting leaking through the celing in our kitchen, my wife and i called about 10 roofing companies and D & B responded immediately and came out to quote the job. They literally wrote a 4 page quote that gave us three different options. They discussed our situation and didn't try and force us to replace the roof-- instead they were sensitive to our cost issues and came up with the right solution for us. From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal.
