POOR SERVICE. I went to this company,, like I have been for the last past 4 years. But to find out they are no longer apart of the EXPRESS OIL CHANGE, they are an independant company now. The store manaager, Woss or Wess, talked to me a woman as if I was nothing, not to mention her held hostage of my car. They broke a piece in my car and didn't tell me, they tried to fix and cover it up, and charged me more, and when I went to get my car, she would not give it me or allow me to get anythng out of my car. I called the police and he jumped in his car and left the store. What kind of customer service is this? The police came and made him give me my car back, I would never go to this place again, and if I could stand out there everyday and tell people how horrible they are are I would. This is not how you treat people, and I'm sure they will not be in business long. HORRIBLE
