Never answer the phone's. I haven't even had the pleasure of eating there because no one will ever answer the PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Worst Take-out/Delivery in Town Sandy Springs. Burger Joe's in Sandy Springs used to be great! Loved the turkey burgers. The place got new owners and it has become a pain to order and my burger and fries have been dry and cold each time. Today was the last straw! I had to call the place exactly 4 times and let it ring longer than 3 minutes each time before someone picked up! When someone finally answered the phone I had to repeat the name of the street of my new address and spell it over and over and over again...and over again! Finally, someone who could understand English took the call and I had to repeat the name of my street over and over again with him until I became frustrated and told him to nevermind placing the order. I will never order from this place again and it will certainly not be missed. If I had a hard time advising them of my new street address, how were they going to manage to get my order correct???

Worst Delivery In Atlanta!!!!!!!. This is the worst delivery in Atlanta!!!!!!! 1 hour and 45 minutes to get cold nasty wilted lettuce and grease everywhere! Several calls to the manger after 1 hour (it's on the way) Being lied to is the worst at least tell me it's going to be over an hour and 45 minutes so I can order from some where else!

Great Burgers that will fill you up. Buger Joes Burgers are great they are made fresh and they are huge and will be sure to fill you up...!

Disgusting, Sub-Standard Food. The worst ribs I've ever had in my entire life. They had been boiled and then basted in a generic sauce. Second-hand meat from a third-world slaughterhouse. Their chicken wings were undercooked and tasted like rubber. I wouldn't feed it to my dogs.

Your order will not be accurate. The food from Burger Joe's isn't bad, but listening to them make up excuses for why they can't fix it when they get the order wrong (every time) has gotten old fast. I won't be ordering from this location again. If you decide to, check your order thoroughly before you pay the driver.
