Unprofeesional! No call back and doesn't answer the phone. I bought a groupon type deal for a gel mani and pedi last summer. I spoke with someone that said she would call me back and never did. I also called for a week straight and left messages and never got a call back. I'm not even sure that they are still in business?? I understand using groupon services can be overwhelming but if you are not capable of accomodating this you should not have offered it. Very unprofessional to not answer the phone or call back.

Top Talent and the Best Customer Service!!. I had been a customer previously when Alicia was at a different location. After getting disappointing service at other shops, I asked around and found her again! The pedicure was excellent and the ambiance is relaxing and inviting.

This will definitely be my relaxation and pampering spot from here on out. If you are looking for great service and an exhilirating and relaxing ambience stop by Alicia's.

Delivering Beauty at its Best.... I have been getting my arch done at Alicias Arch Complete for over a year now...Alicia is very personable and very real in her approach to serving you and making you feel like your in good hands...I am constantly being asked "who does your brows"...i have sent numerous clients to this establishment, women who are my clients with my business and now are clients of AAC...my arch is beautiful everyday...i have built a trusted repor with Alicia and i consider her to be a friend...

Alicias Arch Complete...located off of Roswell Road, a very convienient location tucked in right off of 285...a warm and welcoming atmosphere...ladies dont sleep...on Alicias Arch complete!...

Best Manicure and Wonderful Service. I thought that the staff was professional and attentive. The service was great. I was 100% satisfied with the services, once rendered. Ideal location off 285/Roswell Rd. Highly Recommended.

Ghetto Day Spa. I didn't have an apptmnt. When I walked in, she greeted me very coldly and then began talking under her voice about how people need to start making appointments. She said she had to leave early, so she was in a hurry when she did my brows. She slathered the wax on angrily then ripped off the wax with a piece of my skin! It hurt like hell, but I though it was supposed to. It's WAX! Then she tells me if I use topical acne cream this will happen... The next time I went I almost had to fight the massage therapist! He kept pursuading me to get a massage! Now one eye brow is Round ) and the other is straight . I'd recommend finding someone that's more attentive and a more professional facility. This place looks like the hood.
