LOVE Copy Cats. I have used Copy Cats for my son's parties for the past 5 years and all my friends have used them because they saved the mom's from having to entertain all day. My son still talks about the time mom was so cool to know Elmo personally. Thank you, Copy Cats

Made my daughter SOOOOO happy. We used Copy Cats to have Alice from Wonderland visit us- and we have seen Copy Cats at work with Dorothy (the same actress) and Captain Jack Sparrow (all 4 year old parties). The kids LOVE this group. We have seen other groups not as successful with the kids. We had a larger party and it was a bit chaotic at times (so plan an activity while the face painting and balloon blowing is happening!)- but they still get 5 stars because my daughter was so happy. She even wrote a thank you note to Alice for coming to her party!

Disappointing. I hired a clown and character look-a-like for my daughter's first birthday party. They stated that the clown did magic tricks, face painting, balloon tying, dancing, tattooing and puppets but all she did was face painting. The clown only did about 20 minutes of face painting out of the allotted 45 minutes and then hinted that she had to go back to clown land to change into the character look-a-like costume. I said nothing to her because I thought she would be doing the act for the remaining 30-40 minutes. She took forever to change into the costume and only spent 15 minutes doing the remaining act, which was still less than the time she was hired for. She agreed to come back after I brought it to her attention. I would never recommend this company or do business with them for future parties.

Poor customer service. I received very poor customer service from this company. I had used them previously and was happy with them until this year. I asked them if they had a specific character and was informed they did, but when I wanted to see a picture of it, the representative became very rude--insisting that she would not give out a picture of it, either on the website or by email. I had seen another company's version of this particular character and do it's poor quality I was concerned about all of these characters not actually looking like the intended character. I expressed this to CopyCats and was met with complete disregard for customer service. I will never use these people again and would not recommend them to anyone. The representative was nonchalant about the loss in customer base and actually hung up on me. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Thank you Copy Cats!. I never write reviews, but...for the past 5 years my family has used Copy Cats for their childrens and grandchildrens parties. Every party has been wonderful. They are great with the children, and the adults, and it gives the mom a chance to catch her breath while they do all the work. The costumes are great and the clowns are sweet and fun! Thank you, Copy Cats!
