worst customer service ever
by pooperscooperrn
We placed an order from Crawford Long Hospital and our coworker had just had an order delivered. The manager of the Georgia Tech Wingnuts screamed that should could not deliver to us because we had 4 buildings and she didn't know which one. We put several people on the phone to explain exactly where we were :THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!! but she said her driver would not be able to find it! She said she would have her driver to call but he never did. We called 3 times to check on our order but it never came. After 2 hours she finally admitted she cancelled our order. I am sorry but how can you not know where a major hospital is less than 2 miles from your store. The same time this was going on, several deliveries happened in our building. This lady was total psycho. When we called to check on our orders, the other staff said she was always like that but was their boss so they could do nothing. After talking with staff, they say she is their manager and partial owner and customers complain all the time about her screaming at them. Sounds like the chain may want to reconsider having someone like this managing and owning their company.
- Pros: none
- Cons: crazy asian manager SUSAN that screams on phone
horrible service. decent food

i go to georgia tech, and actually live right above wing nuts. a lot of people go there because they are often drawn by the greasy chicken smell (which smells delicious). however i have been in tech for 5 years and visited wing nuts occasionally when i had to study until late at night and the service has never EVER been good. the Chinese lady that owns the place yells on the phone when you don't understand her horrible accent, and gets extremely upset when you don't tip her. (but then again why should you tip when the service is so bad?) the people that work there don't even look professional and often times look very depressed. the food has gotten better recently and when it's a pick up, it's very fast. however when i asked for deliveries, i rarely got the food within 30 minutes.
overall, if you are willing to take some grumpy old chinese lady's attitude... go for it. honestly i don't think the food is worth the horrible service you have to take from them. also, the restaurant is deteriorating every year and starting to look very dirty.
- Pros: good late "night before the test" food
- Cons: horrible service. just horrible.
