Best Atlanta Hair...wish they were in NYC. I went to Tracey throughout my years at Spelman - she is outstanding and so are all of the stylists at the salon. They are trained stylists who really know how to maintain healthy hair. I make an appointment every time I go back to ATL...if you live in Atlanta and you don't go to 360 you are missing out on the silkiest/healthiest hair in the city - you get what you pay for!!!

Healthy Hair and Best Practices for Hair Care. Well I have been going to 360 off and on for about 3-4 years and everytime I have been those ladies have maintained the highest level of respect and professionalism with their clients. The client coordinator does an awesome job with trying to make sure that all clients can be accomodated with appointments and does an excellent job of not trying to overbook the stylist. I feel that as a consumer you get what you pay for and if I have to pay a little more for quality hair care then so be it but I feel that the prices at 360 are very compatiable with several of the hair salons in the Metro Atlanta area.

Just what consumers need. I have been a faithful client of 360 Degrees for 3 years. What I like about the salon is they are always making postive changes. For instance, new location with better parking, I have a home based business so I go to the salon with my laptop and I login for free on the internet while I wait. Just last week the whole staff went to New York for a hair show to advance their talents. I'm constantly over hearing the staff discuss classes they are hosting at the salon on their off days. They are involved in alot of community service events. So if I have to pay a little more for service at a progressive salon, then so be it. I'm only in the salon for a 1 1/2 hrs for a shampoo. Some of the reviews were very inaccurate.

GREAT SALON!!. I have been a frequent customer of this salon for years and appalled at the reviews. The stylists are very detailed and your hair will turn heads. You get what you pay for - and I wouldn't dare visit a salon that didn't offer a qualities product.

Change for the Better...I hope.. When I first became a client of 360 (on Ponce) the service & atmosphere was exceptional. Eventually, like several post-360 clients I became tired. Your hair will look nice, but prepare to sit & wait for at least an hour+, upon arriving on time for your appointment. (i.e. They overbook all the time, weekdays, weekends, holidays, it doesn't matter. How can three people have a 4pm appointment??) Many salons in Atlanta extend their hours to prevent this. The prices are ridiculous. I advise new clients to ask about the final price of your service before getting to the register. The price list is not always accurate. I hope with the new move, they've improved on their customer service and timing.
