BUYER BEWARE - Have you vehicle washed here at your own risk!! They will not take responsibility for damage they do to you vehicle! They will not return calls and dodge you whenever possible. Took them a week to fill out a damage report. Took 3 weeks of calling 3 different people before they finally "officially" denied my claim. Emailed corporate at their website and got no response. They think they are too big to fail however time will tell. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. They will eventually damage it and will not take responsibility.

Upset Customer - Issue Fixed. I had a bit of a rough time with Cactus, the first time I went they sent me home with overly wet seats, and without proper explanation on what to do, the seats started to smell. However, after I contacted them about this, they took my car back TWICE, detailing it so thoroughly that the car not only smells great, but it actually looks nicer than when I bought it. Capitalism at it's finest. They provided a product, and when I wasn't satisfied they fixed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Barely cleaned my car, broke my emblem. I first went to Cactus ten years ago. It was good then but has degenerated into a terrible state. Their service is more than rude, it is hostile. I got a mini-detail and they barely cleaned my car. They broke my emblem, refused to fix it, and laughed at me when I argued.

Customer service is terrible!. Unprofessional and rude management. The washes they advertise always come with an upcharge. The terrible experience begins as you drive up and the greeters demand your credit card before they do your service. Beware.

Best Car Wash in Buckhead. The friendliest most professional people. What I like about them is that they're truly organized. They know what they're doing which means I'm comfortable with their recommendations. Once they told me to stop parking in a certain place at work. Apparently the trees were dripping a sticky oil on my roof and it was difficult to take off. they were right.

Wanted it to be better - but totally ruined my day... and my new car's dash. I really wanted to like this car wash - it is close to my house and they are pretty friendly (and the service was fast). Unfortunately, when I took my new car in (Toyota Camry) in for its 1st car wash (!!) they managed to put two large gouges right across the dashboard / gearshift panels. (I'm guessing it is from them draggin the vacuum hose or sliding across from one side to the other as they cleaned the windows).

To make matters worse, when I pointed the scratches out to the management, they seems very unconcerned. They took down an "incident" report and promised to call to followup within a day. Four days later and I haven't heard anything (now I'm calling them).

A good example of "you get what you pay for"... If you want to take care of your car, this may not be the best place. The anquish of seeing these two scratches everyday definitely means I'll never go back...

Great Car wash. Cactus Car was does a great job. It is really crowded, so you have to go early. They are very nice and if they miss a spot, they will run it back through. They do an excellent job.

Milton location does great job!. I am surprised to see the bad reviews of another location, as the new Milton (Alpharetta-Windward) location of Cactus does a great job at a great price. Granted, this is the typical machine wash, followed by air/hand dry and then vacuum, but the staff that did the grunt work- vacuum, windows, etc. took extra care compared to the competition. I watched as a manager squinted towards the sun through my windows to find spots and had the worker do them over a couple times. This may be initial exuberance for a new operation but I hope it continues. All staff, from the greeter through cashier and manager who gives the car one last inspection when you drive out were friendly and professional. Inside, a Southwestern theme abounds, with computers/internet should you wish to do some browsing, a reasonably priced coffee/snack bar, and big screen TV while you wait. They even hand you a free cold bottled water when you leave which is a nice touch. The $18 or $20 washes are throrough and sufficient for most customers. One drawback - no free "rewash" should you get rained on or dirty in the first 24-48 hours which the competition offers. Service was done in about 20 minutes. I used to frequent Sky down the road through their membership program, but similar service sometimes took an hour or more, was more expensive, and not done any better than Cactus. I highly recommend a trip to the new location if you are in North Fulton.

Awful.. I brought my convertible beetle in there on a Sunday. The protectant left the chrome all hazy, they left bird feces on the front of the car, I could still write "Clean me" on the back with my finger and the cleaning bristles were deposited all over the cloth top with no effort to remove them. I had to go home and wash it again. On top of this, they couldn't get the windows clean! I mean - really - "Best Car wash in Atlanta"??? I would hope voter's standards were higher than mine!! I won't be going back.

Best $17 car wash in ATL. This is definitely the most thorough car wash you can get for the price. Great place too - clean and great waiting area!

Also wonderful detailing services!
