THE WORST LOCKSMITH IN TOWN, DONT CALL THEM. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Got a quote for 39.99 service charge, plus $15 for opening the car door.

The person came 45 minutes later then was promised. Then he gave me an invoice for $165, I said it should be 39.99+15, he said its standard, and if I want my car opened, then I need to pay $165. The guy opened the door within 2seconds literally. When I asked if I can call the dispatch and find out why is the price so much, he said I don?t need to, he will do for me. Sure enough he still charged me the amount. When I called the main office, they said that the maximum they charge is $165 and opening the car should be between 15-85, depending on the difficulty. So 2 second of labor is really difficult.

Still waiting on my refund, the worst rip-of I have ever experienced. DON'T USE THIS COMAPNY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT IT TAKES $165 TO OPEN THE DOOR. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THE GUY SAID HE HAS NO WORK PERMIT IN THE USA. YET THEY STILL GAVE HIM A JOB

Unbelievable. The locksmith showed up and couldn't get my door open. Then he charged me $65 for a service visit. I asked him before he even came out how much it would cost and he didn't mention a flat fee. So I was still locked out and out $65. Get a price quote before they send a locksmith out to your home.

No Price Quote when asked for one. I called the office and asked about having my house unlocked. I asked about price and the lady said a service person would call me back and he would quote a price. The guy called had said he would have to see the lock to quote a price. When he showed up, he said it was $65 for him to come over. Before he even left for my place I asked about a price over the phone. He did not mention the service call fee. I do not recommend this business.

Worst Customer Service. I have been trying to settle a complaint with this business for well over a month now. They tell me they will call me back but never do. I called and asked "to speak to a manager, please" and the response I got was "Who are you to demand to talk to a manager?" Then when I started to explain the individual hung up on me.
