I'm sorry about the others... But I had a great experience. I had a great experience with these guys! I got excellent service from the moment I met Salesman Felix. He explained everything and got the damn deal done, and I'm happy to say, this was my best memory of 2011!!! I bought my RX-8 the day before New Years Eve! Happy New Year everybody!!!
A++. James is the manager that helped locate the perfect car for me. The car was exactly what I had been looking for but could not find it. Every time I go to have my car serviced I am greeted with a smile. Service like that is hard to find. If you want a great all around experience in buying a car or have it serviced you must visit this place.
Run the other way---do not waste or spend your $ here!!!. Dishonest people. They will tell you one thing to please you, and do another in order to rob you! I would not take my old truck to these people. Dishonest management and owner.
avoid at all co$ts. this place was absolutely terrible. first i arrived and wasnt even greeted! i had to go ask around to find the representative i had been talking to. They refused to replace a filthy air filter and damaged hub cap. They failed to mention there was damage on the rear bumper they tried to buff out and there was damage to the interior as well. The car was not detailed, and their excuse? They didnt have time because one of the reps was using it as his personal car. Bad Business. I wanted to see the car that was being advertised on the internet for a good price. The salesmen called me and I though everything was going pretty good and then when I got to the dealership the salesmen told me that the car I wanted (which was a Nissan) was not a good car and let me show you something else. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Then the Salesmen let me test drive a car without asking for a copy of my license and he did not ride with me, the car was not the color that was on the internet, the car also smelled like smoke, it was dusty on the inside and dirty. Then the salemen wanted me to talk to his manager which he did not say anything worth hearing. Overall, I would not recommend anyone getting a car from this dealership.
Worst Dealer EVER incompetence galore. Worst dealer ever. The manager and the salepeople are rude and they are pulling the old "bait and switch" by advertising a car at a low price and then claiming to have sold it. Blaming things on the internet people because it is outsourced. STAY AWAY!!! Went down to Hardy Chevrolet and had a great experience.
Not bad for car sales. We went to every dealership in Union City one weekend after our second car died on us. Don Jackson Mitsubishi was the only dealership that listened to what we wanted and did not put any pressure on us to buy immediately. They were willing to negotiate and were very up front with us. We got a good price and good financing and all in a timely fashion. I reccommend Don Jackson Mitsubishi to anyone.
Dont buy from these crooks!. Hello, I just bough a new eclipse from this dealership and got the worst service ever!! they never filled it up with gas or washed it after i bought it!! allso had to bring it back for a repair and they CHARGED me for something that the warenty covers didnt tell me about the bill till after they did the work!!! Take my advice DO NOT BUY FROM DON JACKSON!!
