Simply the Best!. I met Chuck & his team a few years ago and what a find. He completely checked out a used Toyota for us before we bought it. Excellent and Caring Auto Repair Service. I am writing to let all know - Cabana's Japanese Auto Car is THE BEST!!!! We met Chuck about 5 years ago when we had just relocated to the area and needed some work on our 4Runner. From the first repair up to today he has made it a pleasant experience. He let's us know exactly what's going on with the car prior to repairing, give us options, then let us decide what we want to do. He also worked on our daughters Honda Accord and again the service we received was wonderful. I would higly recommend him to everyone who is in need of any auto repairs for your Honda or Toyota. Excellent car repair service!. Like making other choices for service providers, choosing an auto repair service is never easy. I was a customer of another shop in Acworth for many years. When it was time to make a change, I did some research and found Cabena's Japanese Auto Care. I have been a customer (3 older vehicles) for about a year and I am extremely pleased with the repair service I have received. Chuck, Nick, Susan and Corey are all very professional and I trust them to give me the right advice to take care of my cars. Money is tight and I appreciate it when Chuck advises me that I do not need a certain repair for now. While he does focus on vehicle safety, I have never felt he has tried to take advantage of me and my specific lack of vehicle knowledge by suggesting unnecessary repairs. I can't say that about all service shops. I will continue to rely on Cabena's Auto Service for all of my vehicle repairs. Thank you Chuck and staff.

After being ripped off again and again at the Toyota dealership for overpriced and unneeded repairs, I discovered Cabena's Japanese Auto Care. Believe me... I have never looked back.
Chuck Cabena has kept my '97 Camry running strong. He advises when work needs to be done ( so that I can plan ahead ). He also lets me know if items can be "put off" for awhile.
I trust Chuck -- his service is the BEST and the customer service is outstanding! I'll be a grateful customer forever. Give Cabena's a try -- you won't be sorry!

Customer for Life!.
Just came home from another excellent experience at Cabena's Japanese Auto and wanted to share it. I used to dread taking my car into a mechanic because I always felt that I was being taken advantage of. What a relief it was to discover Cabena's. They are honest and reliable. They tell me what work should be done immediately and what I can put off, so I can plan for my car care.
Ladies: the office is clean, the staff friendly and you don't feel like some douche is trying to pull one over on you.
Oh and get this, they actually reward loyal customers, unlike some places that only give special treatment to new customers. They gave me a complimentary oil change today just because I've been a customer for so long!

Cabena's provides peace of mind.
I had lived in this area for 11 years, and that whole time, I have never found a mechanic that I entirely trusted. As a result, I spent a lot of money at the dealer whom often seemed to be trying to get me to do work that didn't need to be done. (ie. a new timing belt months after it was replaced.)
So, after my neighbor called me to rave about her new mechanic for the third time, I decided to try him. I took my car to Chuck Cabena, and he diagnosed and fixed a problem that others had been unable to diagnose, much less fix. I have had no more problems with that issue nor have I been at all disappointed with any other work he has done. In fact, he has on more than one occasion told me that I did not need to have a repair done at the current time.
Now, it seems like our whole street is gladly carpooling each other to Cabena's for our vehicles. (Of course, he always reminds us that he WILL come get us if we need it.) I can't imagine not being happy with his services.

Earning Customer Confidence. With auto care, customers are totally at the mercy of the repair shop. Our long time mechanic sold out his business. The new owner had no problem with a routine oil change but when the dash light came on, he managed to hand us a $400 repair bill that included a $20 part...... When we had the same issue again, a family member led us to Cabena's. They fixed the problem for free and shared with us the things that needed to be done with our SUV for it's 100,000 check up. They prioritized the list and over the next few months, we worked thru the list and were able to prepare our vehicle for another 100,000. They earned our confidence and we have shared their company information with multiple people who also have been totally satisfied. We will always call on Cabena's Japanese Auto Care.

Honesty and Prioritizing... Cabena's Customer for Life!.
The month I pay my Toyota's loan off, and my car won't start. Cabena's was the first and only place I called.
My car was in the shop the following morning, and they kept me in the loop the entire time. They explained to me exactly why my car was acting a certain way in terms I could actually understand. Cabena's was honest and prioritized what needed to be done right then and what would need to be done in the near future and went out of their way to get all the parts I would need... even making multiple trips out just so my car could get fixed on time. They even went through and inspected my fluids, the condition of my tires, and my brakes.
Not only was my car taken care of, but I as a customer was put immediately at ease. I had to bring my three year old daughter with me, and everyone was super sweet to her. They didn't mind at all when she asked questions in the office and even had a table set up with books and coloring supplies for her to entertain herself with. I was also able to set up my computer and work while I waited!
I live in Lawrenceville, over an hour away from Cabena's, and I would drive twice to distance to have them work on my car. I will continue to take my business to the only mechanics I know who are fair, honest, and tell it to you straight. Cabena's has my business for life!

Trust in a Mechanic is Priceless. Upon moving to Georgia from California, one of my concerns was whom to trust to work on my aging Toyota pickup truck. I, like many others, barely know a spark plug from an alternator, so when something goes wrong with the vehicle I have to put my faith and trust in an unknown person and hope. My trust was rewarded handsomely with Chuck at Cabena's. I had trouble with the transmission and I assumed, and would easily have believed, that I needed a new transmission and coughed up thousands. However, Chuck diagnosed the problem as something much less drastic, fixed it expeditiously and economically to boot. Chuck COULD have taken advantage of my ignorance, but he DIDN'T and that is priceless behavior. In Chuck I believe exists a rare combination of technical excellence and excellent honesty. The mix is priceless to me and I can say that I, almost, look forward to a future breakdown just to have the pleasure of supporting Chuck and his business.
