Fantastic dining experience & happy hour
by BigRig at Citysearch
Sage Woodfire Tavern has become one of my favorite restaurants over the past few years. They have great happy hour specials during the week. I have had both lunch and dinner there many times. Although everything I have tried has been great, it is hard to break away from the burger and the filet. They cook their food over a hickory oak grill, which adds a fantastic flavor to your food. I have also stayed after dinner and the place gets really lively. They usually have live music or a DJ and it turns into a really fun place to hang after hours. Check it out.;
- Pros: Great food, service, atmosphere
- Cons: Bar can get a bit crowded
Love it! Amazing Ribs, etc
by FC2N04 at Citysearch
We've made it a tradition to eat at Sage every year on our anniversary. The ribs are outstanding...when you hear "fall off the bone," they mean it. The rib meat slides right off, and there's nothing left but the clean bone. Also, the goat cheese stuffed chicken with sun-dried tomatoes is delicious. To be honest, those are the only two dishes we've tried so far (aside from the calamari appetizer, which was also great!), but they're enough to keep us recommending this restaurant to others and to keep us coming back (now, more than once a year!)
The ambiance and service is also excellent - make sure to check their website, which lists which nights have specials on drinks. This is definitely a great place to go for a special occasion!
- Pros: Service, Delicious Food, Reasonable Prices
- Cons: None that I can think of
Lots of single men..

My girlfriends and I went there on a Thursday night (ladies night), but had dinner in their dining area. The environment and ambiance was nice, but restaurants aren't just all about that. We ordered drinks and some appetizers, both of which were only decent, or even a little on the not-so-good side.
I give them 2 stars because their food wasn't that great, but with the price that we paid? We should have gotten some better food. I won't be going back again. Sorry, Sage.
- Pros: NIce atmosphere.
- Cons: food- not so great
