Great Experience. Just had foyer, 2 bathrooms and shower tiled. We are quite pleased with the results. The installer was very pleasant and professional.

Couldn't be happier. I used Braselton Tile on my new home in Inman Park. Their sales rep and installer, Michael and Ramon, were helpful and curteous every step of the way. Unlike some other contractors I used, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and they arranged their installation schedule to coordinate with the granite installers and painters. They even came back to fix some tile that a plumber messed up installing a tub faucet, free of charge.

I used them for: kids' bath floors and tub surrounds; master bath floor, shower and tub deck; kitchen backsplash, roof deck. They all look great.

Well experienced,knowledgeable and courteous. a knowledgeable estimator came to our home and took time to discuss the details of our master bath remodel needed to be done.

Things went well and their installer,Ramon had some

good ideas.We will use them again when we do our kitchen.

excellent work. From the start everything went smooth.they arrived when they said gave great advice,and did an outstsanding job.Will use them again when I do the rest of the house.Every step was done accurate and they cleaned as they worked.No mess to clean up after they left. I would give them a 5 star for their workmanship and professionalism

Horrible Customer Service, missed appointment, rude. I took off work today to be home for a tile estimate from Braselton Tile that my husband made last week. After they did not come for the scheduled appointment of 10-12 I called them. The man found the tile person that was to be coming to my home and said he was running behind and may come at 2 or 2:30. When I said that it was one thing to miss an appointment when people take time out in their day but another to not call to say you are running behind and try to work things out he said I could forget an appointment with them all together. I am just glad I found out how their customer service is from the start and not after spending thousands of dollars.
