Tips for Urban Outfitters

CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE. I have been a very loyal and frequent shopper at Urban Outfitters for years. But lately, I'm just disgusted with the people that work there. Their "too cool" attitudes are a major turn-off. On the particular day I was shopping, I was returning a dress that I bought for other merchandise. I went up to the salesperson at the counter, told her I had a return and she gave me this disgusted look along with an eye roll. I just ignored it simply thinking that she was having a bad day. She looks at my receipt, circles the item and calls her manager. After waiting there for a good while, a manager comes up, whispers something to her and tells me I'm not allowed to return anything else because I return too much. WHAT?? Is there a limit to what you can return? I buy just as much as I return. Sometimes, I just enjoy trying something on at home rather than in the store. I just can't believe that anyone would treat a loyal customer like that and I can't believe that Urban Outfitters hires people with such bad attitudes. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Trendy chain that models the latest fashions and bold home decor in a colorful, vivacious atmosphere.. In Short
Straight from the funky street styles of Southern Philly, this bohemian-chic shopping mecca has evolved to offer everything from trendy men and womens clothing to vintage-y home accessories. Brands like Lux, BDG, and Free People encompass the stores' youthful, ironically humorous, and comfortable designs. While apparel is the main draw, the urban emporium also sells kitschy, retro, and downright odd knick knacks and accessories for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen as well. Each section is packed with creative arrangements to peruse while listening to a soundtrack of the staff's favorite tunes.

Urban Cool-Urban $$$. This is definitely the place to get cool gear to take you the world over. Cool trainers for London, cocktail paraphenalia for NY and Indian made clothes for long, hot Atlanta summers. Not the cheapest around, but worth it for street cred.
