GREAT TEAM

When I drive into the parking lot and my dog's tail begins to wag, that says it all.

I have found the staff to be very friendly and well trained. When I have one of my dogs there, I tend to call a lot to check on them. I am always treated well.

Dr. Daniell will sit in the floor to examine our LARGE dog and she feels at ease with him. I feel his love of animals each time we are there.

I went in after work once to pick up our dog, Mayson, and found the staff playing with him . He was having the time of his life. He wasn't ready to go home and they played with him as long as he wanted to play.

We recently got rather sad news about one of our beloved pets. Dr. Leathers was so caring as he gave us our options.

Drs. Daniell and Leathers, along with the staff have helped us to maintain a good quality of life for our precious girl. We appreciate each one of them.

Great Care of Pets

I have been with this clinic for 3 years and like the doctors and most of the staff. I agree that some of the upfront people can be unfriendly at times; maybe because they are busy. I have never had any problems with the doctors or techs. I trust the doctors and staff; which to me is the most important thing when looking for a reliable vet.

Poor Service

I have many a time heard the doctor yelling at the staff in front of clients. The staff is ever changing with only 3 or 4 having been there for any lenght of time. The ladies at the front desk are rude, snotty, and get huffy when they actually are asked by a client to help. Dr. Daniell always acts like he is too busy to take the time to answer my questions and it is very hard to get a call back from anyone, even when my pet is staying there. The technician's are knowledgeable but instead of asking a doctor they answer my questions for me and as far as I know ... none have any training outside of having worked there. My experience wasn't a pleasnt one, but I hope that yours is much better.

• Cons: You just aren't treated well by the staff
