I will never again go to this Belk. Their selection is sparse and nowhere near as vast as the selction at the Newnan Belk... not to mention the poor management! I had some returns and before travelling to the Fayetteville Belk location, I called and spoke with the manager, Beth Ramirez. My husband explaind our problem and she said, "Come on in and we will be glad to help you." That was not the case. The associate that was helpig us called on the manager, Beth, who happened to be the woman we spoke with on the phone. As we are explaining to the associate about the conversation had with Beth, Beth is coming over to us from across the aisle. As she approaches us she yells (not an exaggeration), "No, I said, ""Come on in and we will be glad to help you."" Which is EXACTLY what we had just said to the associate, only now we had a few customers staring at us as Beth layed into us, yelling, "you never mentioned how you paid." Okay... she was right about that... but isn't she supposed to ask??

Beth was rude, loud, abrasive, and quite frankly, very off-putting. We had the issue somewhat resolved by having the amount put onto a Belk giftcard. We now shop at the Newnan Belk... where the managers are friendly and the selection is top-notch!
