Awesome Service and Friendly People. I and my family of 5 have been patients of Dr. Short and Dr. Walters for 10 years. We have always had wonderful experiences with this office and their staff. As you can imagine with 5 of us we have had several emergency situations. We have always been greeted pleasantly and never had a problem getting in to see a dentist promptly. When my son broke a tooth at school they were able to fit him in immediately. We have experienced everything from cleanings, to fillings to wisdom teeth being extracted and always felt well cared for. This is a practice we can count on when we need them!

Poor Service. The staff is always in a rush, late for appointments and make you feel like a number they need to get out the door. I experienced problems the morning after a procedure. I called the emergency hotline 3 times in 45 mins and did not receive a call back. I had to visit my family doctor. The procedure was not done correctly. This dentist did not even give me a follow-up call after a procedure. Also, the waiting room area and the chairs are the most uncomfortable.
