The Scene – Couples and families, many of them Brazilian, crowd a neutral-colored dining room to see just how much meat they can handle. Fake plants contribute to the all-you-can-eat feel and make Carro a little less swanky than other area churrascarias. Friendly, apron-clad servers parade through the dining room with meat on skewers as diners flash cards--red on one side, green on the other--to indicate when they're ready for more food. – – The Food – Beef, pork, sausage, chicken and more are at your beck and call. Tender filet mignon and a rich parmesan pork loin…
The real deal

Carro de Boi is far from Atlanta, and it is in an awkward location; however, in the eyes of a brazilian native person this is the place to find original cuisine without spending the extra dollar$, as you would to get about the same amount and style of Brazilian food, at other fancier places.
The athmosphere is inviting, comfortable and the staff is friendly, but speak little english. Do not expect top of the notch, fine dinning, gourmet specialties or butler services.
The food is what you would find in a casual restaurant in any city in Brazil. Fresh vegetables, tasty condiments, the original Brazilian beans and rice (not boiled) and the meat is abundant and full of flavor - the "picanha" is the meat to ask for!!
Feel at home and remember, you are IN a real Brazil deal - Their culture 'speaks' loud. So their behavior and mannerism are authentic as well :) They will provide whatever you ask for -
Check it out and enjoy the FOOD!
- Pros: food, service, parking
- Cons: wine list
Meat!

Looks like a renovated shoneys or wendy's. Yet, the inside is nice. I'm not one for atmosphere and ambience. Only concerend with Food/Value. Go during lunch, I think there is a sign for Mon-Fri lunch $9.95, we used the online coupon for 13.95 for a Sat. lunch, The Deal can't be beat. Quality/Tasty All you can eat grilled meat for 13.95 . Skip the salad bar, not to impressive, and only takes up space in your belly. The Rice was excelent, had a smoked bacon flavor. Flip your card from red to green and GO! We were there while the staff transitioned from lunch to dinner. Took FOREVER to get the bill, but I am going back! My Tiny wife was not a big fan, she is not a true Lover of meat. I got more than my moneys worth 10fold. So it makes a great guy's day out.
- Pros: Excellent Meat!, All you can eat!, Great Value
- Cons: Location, Poor English, Salad Bar lacking
Decent food, Terrible service

Pretty good meat at the right price - just about the cheapest brazilian steakhouse in the Atlanta area. This is more than outweighed, though, by the mediocre "extras" and bad service. Salad bar was minimal (though good black beans and rice); fried bananas were either too hard or too soggy; minimal supervision by waitstaff meant little water refills or anything else. To top it off, we brought a coupon for lunch and the owner of the restaurant, when returning the bill, collided with my shoulder (I was seated and not in the way) as he threw the check and card on the table without a word as he passed by to warmly greet other customers in portuguese. We won't be going back with such service.
- Pros: meat - lots of it, inexpensive
- Cons: far from atlanta, service, non-meat
