My family has tried dozens of chiropractors over the years none have been as knowledgeable or as effective as Dr. White. I did notice that the old address is posted although he has the same number he has moved across the street from bistro VG two driveways past the Chevron station on right if heading west on 92. Just thought I should help:)

I went in to see Dr. Mark and though he was kind and very professional, I was not really sure if he could help my back pain but ecause I was sick of taking pain killers I was willing to give chiropractic a try. Dr. Mark's adjustment, relieved the pain. What I really liked is that he explained the pressure build up that was causing my pain, relieved this pressure and then showed me the exact exercises I needed to do to strengthen my back in order to prevent future back strains. My regular doctor offered shots, pain killers, (which I took) and a referral to physical therapy, which I knew from taking my mom to one that they would most likely use hot and cold packs on my back and I could do that myself! Dr. Mark greatly reduced my pain and educated me to take a part in strengthening my back and it has worked.
