loved it. Not sure what others are referring to - I am totally new to yoga, and had a great time - Lynda was great at explaining and didnt make me feel ackward at all - definitely will continue to go there. Definitely not an inexperienced instructor.

Newbies beware. New to yoga - don't go. I'm so tired of these pseudo places. Hang out a shingle and cash in on inexperienced people - in this case probably turning them off for good. Newbies - stick with some place that does Hatha flow yoga.

Not for the weak at heart. Odd experience at this place. Have taken yoga for over 30 years around the country and out of the country but am new to this area. Of all the places I've never seen an instructor like the one here. She kept badgering the beginning students and actually reduced one to tears. Yoga is suppose to be a joyful and uplifting experience.
