I will Never Go there Again. I've been a Gino & Jackson patron for the past 7 years. About a year ago, I moved closer to the city, and still when it came that time to get a haircut, I would drive 30 minutes up to Alpharetta to go to Gino & Jackson. However, my latest experience will be my last. On Saturday, December 3rd, I had a very unpleasent experience with one of the Barber's there, named Yuri. He was extremely unprofessional, and sufficiently lacked customer service to the point that I was appalled. Needless to say, after the building of 7years of trust and customer loyalty, it was all erased in one fail swoop. I will NEVER step my foot into Gino & Jackson's again after being treated in such an appalling way!

Overpriced/BAD cut - even for a child.. Went here b/c I'm tired of the $10 cut across the street for my son. So, went here...18 bucks for a kid's cut. That is a bit pricey, but OK IFFF it was a good cut. My 5 year old son's hair was completely butchered around the ears. I understand he's 5, but I did still paid A LOT for a haircut and it was BAD. When I brought the error to the 'barber's' attention, of course he came up with an excuse. No responsibility on his part. Just the stupid kid...he moved. DEFINITELY won't return.

Awesome haircut experience. This shop reminded me of my childhood. The experienced friendly barbers really made the trip worth it. I have been to three of the barbers there and have been very happy everytime. My three boys love it as well. I have been to the competition on Windward Pkwy but there is no comparison.

terrible experience. I have been a regular and Gino and Jackson for over 4 years and always got great service with the same barber. Well my guy left the shop and went to work somewhere else. Being loyal I kept going to this place and had my haircut with 3 different people so far. The last one (today) was absolutely terrible. I had to ask this kid to just stop chopping my hair. He looked like a high school kid and I have seen this kid sweeping the floors before. So much for a Master Barber shop. Never again. I paid someone else to finish the haicut. I would even question if he had a license to cut hair....

Great place. Great old style type barber shop. All the barbers are great so no need to wait for a specific person. Hot shave included with a cut.

Last of The Old-School Barber Shops. Not many places left where you can get your hair cut by a European-trained master barber followed by a straight razor shave and steaming towel to finish things off. Excellent service, quality, and atmosphere for less than $20.
