“Like many other trendy bars in Atlanat this place seems to thrive on the bad service.”

“If you want good, quick service, forget it.”
BEST fish taco's anywhere!.
A great place to go and just hang out with friends when you don't feel like getting dressed up! Very low key laid back establishments even has computer games!!
In the very chic cabbagetown area of atlanta.
Yum!. I get the vegan riblet EVERY TIME i go. I love it and i'm not even a vegan.
Great Neighborhood Joint. So what if the staff isn't waiting to put a napkin in your lap when you sit down? The laid back attitude of the servers and bartenders suits the place. The food is great, the price is right, and the crowd is just what it should be. No obnoxious drunks, no college kids, just your average hipster crowd stopping in for a couple of drinks and a bite to eat.
97 IsPOORia. Easily the worst service in Atlanta, and they seem to be proud of it. Altough the atmosphere is cool and the location is unique, they seem to thrive on attitude. Especially surprising in that they have a few other quality hangouts in Atlanta.
Service is not their specialty. I like to go to Estoria for the food (thai green beans rock!), but the service is always sub-par. It takes forever for them to acknowledge your existence (but most times you are ignored and have to go out of your way to find someone to serve you or just serve yourself at the bar) and even longer for them to bring your drinks. We were just there on Friday night and the waitstaff totally ignored us even though they were serving all of the tables around us.
Check out the Juke Box. We love Estoria. For Cabbagetown & Tacotown residents it's an easy and nonthreatening walk away. Good beer selection and service is always efficient and friendly. Great patio & the juke box selections are awesome!
Hummus and Beer. It is GREAT to have such a cool place to hang out in Cabbagetown. The Hummus is the BEST in the city! The menu is all under 9 bucks and the staff is always friendly. The patio is inviting....that is if the weather permits. Good beer (PBR baby), locals and atmosphere...what more could you ask for.
Love it. I was never a fan of Cabbagetown Grill, even though it was one of the few restaurants in my neighborhood. So when I heard the space had been redone as 97 Estoria I had to drop in and see if there had been any improvement. I was totally blown away by the change. It doesn't look like the same restaurant--they've outfitted the space with a ton of custom woodwork, and it's gorgeous. The bar opens onto a fabulous shady deck area which I expect to be a hit come summer. The menu's a step up from Cabbagetown Grill's, though it still doesn't go much beyond basic bar food. Avoid the wasabi sweet potato mash--it tastes as weird as it sounds.
