Best Breakfast Place in Atlanta!

Everyone has to try the Square Bagel at least once for breakfast and lunch! All of their breakfast specials are amazing and for a reasonable price. Their Challah French toast is really good and they make everything from corned beef hash to potato pancakes. You can't find potato pancakes anywhere else.

For lunch, they have the best grilled sandwhiches! Try the Reuben or Turkey Reuben, I always go back for that. Although it's a small restaurant and has been around forever, you can trust the food that is brought out by looking at the ridiculously clean grill. It's the cleanest grill I have ever seen! Oh and can't leave out their bagels. the bagels there are always soft so you can tell they're fresh! When I get there early in the morning sometimes, I ask for a bagel not toasted with strawberry cream cheese, and the bagel is still warm and extremely soft.

Can't get enough of this place! Go out and try it for your self!

awful service

I have lived around this place for about 5 years. I have never once received good service from them, but the food always kept me coming back. Now the crew is completely lacking care, and the food is lack lustering.

They now have almost completely removed delivery on the weekends. This leaves them delivering m-f up until 2pm. What crowds would normally order during the week... business? How many businesses are going to order delivery between those hours? If a business was to order breakfast in, they would cater it ahead of time. You mine as well just stop delivery all together. Poor business move if you ask me...

I know I will never take my business there again and will recommend my friends follow suit.

Slipping Fast

This place used to be pretty good but has slipped very badly in terms of service and food quality. I don't think anybody working there now cares much about anything. On what will be my last visit, my order was missing two items and my wife's order was tasteless with dry bread. The service staff seemed confused and the counter help that rang us up are just plain uncaring. I paid for my meal and signed the credit card without a word from the nut at running the register.

It is sad that this place has fallen so far so fast.

Breakfast on Easter

I have wanted to try the Square Bagel for several years. My wife & I decided to go this past Sunday. We arrived between 8:30-9. As you enter and turn left, we chose the 1st booth on the right. Another couple came in behind us and sat in the back of the restaurant. To make an unpleasant story short, this couple finished their meal before and left before our meal arrived. I choose not complain before a meal arrives for my peace of mind. The service was HORRIBLE and they were totally clueless to what was going on. The restaurant had turned all the tables and we were were still finishing our breakfast. To make things worse, another couple came in and sat across form us before our meal arrived.(Same waiter) Their order was taken and they were finished just after us.

I paid our bill and DID NOT leave a tip for obvious reasons.

Needless to say, I will never eat here again!!!

If the owners see this, I would love to have a face to face with them to discuss the issue in a civil manner.
