Legacy Executive Golf Course
by Laurenzeo
The Legacy Golf course is challenging and fun
to play. The fairways and greens are maintained
in excellent condition. Its a super way to sharpen
up your short and putting game. The driving range
is convenient and offers plenty of room at the T boxes.
Great After work golf!!

Legacy is a great place to play a quick round in the evening, especially due to their very reasonable twilight rates. The greens are beautifully maintained, and the staff is quite friendly. Definatetly one of the better "short" courses in the Atlanta area.
Watch out for fine prints on prepaid range plans
by kmao
I joined their players club and brought one of their prepaid range plans. At the time, I was told that I?ll receive 1 free weekend game or 2 weekday games with the plan. I tried to use my free game this weekend and I was told ?Sorry, we changed the plan, you don?t have enough points for a free game?. He goes on and gives me the stupid example of ?if Delta decides to not honor your flier miles, you can?t do anything to them neither. It said so on the back of our players club card. We have the right to change the plan any time we want?. I am never going back to that place again. I don?t want to support such business practices. For $34 per game, you can go to other much better (and par 72, fox creek is only a par 62) kept courses to play in Atlanta.
- Pros: good pratice area
- Cons: course upkeep, not honoring their own promotions
This Only Regards Practice Facilities
by el_qbano
I have not played the courses so I cannot comment on them (I am not a fan of "executive" courses). The practice facilities at both places are excellent. Plenty of stations, huge putting greens, and plenty of chipping and bunker practice areas. Balls are $7.50 for a large bucket and $10 for Jumbo (weird sizing).
Only complaints I have are that it is best to get out there in the morning as the duffers will have hacked off any decent grass in the stations, and the occassional idiot on the practice green that putts at the hole you are next to, putts and walks across your line of putt, and/or feels it is necessary to practice his or her 150 foot lag putts. Otherwise, excellent facilities and highly recommended
- Pros: Short Game Practice, Plenty of Parking, $7.50 for a bucket
- Cons: Putting Etiquette, Left onto Windy Hill, Not enough targets
