The professionals at BMC combine the best in techniques (Thai, Shiatsu, pressure point, deep tissue, and more) to deliver the optimal therapy you need. Cindy and the entire team are to be highly recommended, i have found none better in Atlanta or anywhere else.
Awesome Massage – My Wife and I have both been to Buckhead massage a total of 6 times. Every time we have had a wonderful, relaxing massage. We highly recommend Buckhead massage!

Don't ever buy their Groupon... – Like Amy, I would give this place NO stars if I could. A big reason for that is because I never got the chance to go. I bought their Groupon, 2 in fact. One was a gift for my sister. We had a lovely day planned to spend some sisterly time together, which we never get to do. I sent an email this morning to see what they had available and they asked if I was a new client and if I would be using a coupon or gift certificate. They sounded like they wouldn't have any problem getting us in this weekend. I replied with, "we will both be using a Groupon." and was returned with this, "unfortunately we have been overwhelmed with Groupons and we have discontinued to take any more appointments at this time. We are currently negotiating with Groupon and they have agreed to refund everybody who have not been able to get in their money. So, please, call groupon and get your refund. Thank you for understanding. -Maria" Thanks Maria, I did email Groupon and get my refund. Additionally, I will be informing anyone I know that is looking for a massage NOT to go to you. I may not know crap about a good massage but I do know about good customer service and this is NOT it!
Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that you were able to get your refund from Groupon. We did poor planning with the Groupon deal from the beginning and we did not realize that putting a cap on the amount would have been a much smarter plan. Groupon did realize this and was willing to work with us to make things right. . Groupon did graciously offered to refund all of the remaining Groupons to help us during this time and they held their end to it.
Best Massage Place in ATLANTA – This is my 3rd time coming back.. Great service and massages... I will continue to come to Buckhead Massage!!!!

BEST Massage Company – By far Buckhead Massage is the BEST company to deal with. I've been their client for over 6 years. You get what you pay for: A quality massage every time from every therapist there. They haven't raised their price in years, too. They're always responsive, even when I leave a message. They respond promptly and try their best to fit me in their schedule. Reasons I keep going back.

best massage in town – I love this place! I've used Buckhead Massage for years and will for many more. The massages are fantastic without the snooty feeling of some of the spas in town.
The owner, Cynthia, is an amazing massage therapist. The one time I had a small concern, she responded promptly and completely rectified the problem. It's impossible for a business to be perfect 100% of the time and what matters is how any concerns are addressed. This is a responsible business that takes wonderful care of their clients and has stood the test of time. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
Disappointing with a capital D – My husband and I were SO! excited to use our DealOn coupons for 90-minute massages at Buckhead Massage Company, I can't even tell you. Unfortunately though, our experience left much to be desired. We were taken late and let out early. Our massage therapists were the ones who checked us out, and there wasn't even a front desk - it felt like a manager's office or break room. My husband enjoyed his massage, but my massage was simply awful. No communication, cold lotion squired directly onto my skin from a bottle, improper draping, terrible technique. The whole time, I was just hoping it would get better. It didn't even feel good, and two weeks later, my back is still killing me from whatever he did. I am overall annoyed with the whole experience...I need a massage now more than before I bought the DealOn.

As far as our office it is clean professional and it has been our home for over 11 years. Overhead in Buckhead and parking is a big deal so we make the best with what we have. Worst Customer Service – I had a groupon and scheduled an appointment one week before the session. They called me and left a message at 8:30PM the night before saying that my groupons were forfeited and my appointments have been cancelled. They cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment and without talking to me first to see if there was a mistake. Also, they cancelled not knowing if I wanted to keep my appointment and pay in full for the the massage. Considering I've never used my Groupon before I don't see how it could be forfeited. I also called Groupon and they told me that my groupons have not been used. I called the massage company back the morning of my scheduled/cancelled appointment only to have them tell me that Cynthia is the only one with access to the "groupon" screen and that she would have to call me back. However, it was Tonya who called and left a message so I don't believe that only Cynthia handles groupons.
They aren't professional. They saw that both my appointments were cancelled for that afternoon and told me that I will just have to wait for Cynthia to call me back, but since she's off she'll call back on her own time. I called back later that morning and left another message. Tonya called me back and and wasn't even willing to listen to me. Very rudely and with an attitude, she just kept saying that my groupon was forfeited and that they haven't made any mistakes. So I got frustrated and hung up on her. I'm requesting a refund for my groupon now.
I know I'm using a groupon, but they obviously don't care for customer service. I was going to check out this place to see if it's a place I can go to regularly, but after they cancelled my appointment without speaking to me first and LESS than 24 hours in advance, I'm definitely not going there. The company penalizes us for cancelling less than 24 hours in advance because they're busy, but as consumers, we're busy too! It goes both ways...
This was the worst customer service experience. I don't understand why they even had groupons if they aren't willing to accept them. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T GO HERE!!!
They obviously only care about their clients that they've had for years and not the potential new ones.
I hate it that you had such a bad experience.Our ATnT line was cut last week and we lost 3 days of serivce which was ATNT mishap then our electricity went out today. Needless to say not a shining moment for us and lots of mix ups. We do make mistakes but enjoy working with all of our clients.The groupon screen is run by password. We just mark numbers off when they call on the list Maybe someone called in with the wrong number.We have actually had a few people make up numbers! Well it just seems like there must have been a mistake in miscommunication. I do apologize for any rude behavior on her part and I wil have a talk with her. There is no excuse for it even when we are under a lot of stress(404-441-1078) I was at the Canton location the past 2 days. If you want to text me the Groupon # you have than I can contact Groupon myself and find out what is going on. Again I am so sorry for your experience and hopefully we can get it resolved soon.Cynthia
