June 15, 2012 - Horrible! CertaPro was employed by my HOA association to paint the trim and then the siding on my townhouse. LOL Dealing with them has been frustrating. They have several excuses as to why the job is still not completed, some acceptable, but overall completely unprofessional. Their crew does not speak English, they rushed through the prep process and then stopped when I questioned them. I have spoken with the CertaPro representative several times, with one on-site visit. Still unresolved issues. Primarily sloppy work and poor prep work. - UPDATE - Since I have posted this review on several site. I have received another phone call in an effort to "resolve" my problem. Another meeting is scheduled tomorrow, Saturday @ 11:00. I will update this review as the process goes along. Amazing what an online complaint will do versus emails and phone conversations.

June 16, 2012 - The 11:00 Saturday appointment to address my issues. 45 minutes late. No apology, no phone call, no email, just late. The crew spent 2-1/3 hours prepping the back of my townhouse on Saturday...lucky me. Returned on Monday to actually paint the siding & redo the trim. How did it look - good. EXCEPT for the areas where the ladder (guessing here) was placed up against the siding (newly painted) and left black marks - LOL! Did the crew repaint the area before they left - NOPE - I had to call and request it to be done. Tuesday they fixed the area. They also failed to replace all of the 15' downspouts that they removed from the back of the homes. After another email,...they came back by and put them back up.

June 20, 2012 - What can I say...that hasn't been said. Overall service - POOR. If they had just done the job right the first time...so much wasted time and effort could have been avoided. It took 12+ emails, numerous phone call, and two on-site visits, simply to get the job done right. Ultimately, time will tell to see how well everything lasts.

From top to bottom they met my expectations. Every employee/employer I interacted with was very thorough and helpful. They did what they said they would do and did it well.

Recovered solidly. got off to a rocky start with a very good finished product. Bought wrong paint brand although work order very specific as to brand colors. Problem corrected without delay. Also told job would initially take 3 days but had to work 2 longs days to complete job in 3 days as promised. Did complete job in 3 days. Very satisfied with finsihed product.

High Quality Work. There were no hassles. I was extremely busy with my family and job, and the painters just did their job, needing very little from me. I changed my mind on the paint color at the last minute, and it was regarded as not a problem or a big deal. The work is high quality. The house looks great from the street and up close. They were the tidiest painters I ever worked with, leaving no mess behind.

Well done on a large job. Fantastic crew! They provided very high quality in all aspects of the job; prep, detail, thoroughness. Worked efficiently and on time. Friendly and pleasant to have around for a couple of weeks. This was a big job and they buckled down and got it done with excellent care for everything including the outcome!

Performed to expectations. Team was on time, cleaned up their work areas each day and did quality work. There was follow up from the management after the job. I received a fair price and they did the job given less than 48 hours from when they contacted me.

CertaPro is not a Painting Company. Certapro is not a painting company, its a lead-capturing franchise that subcontracts the work to poor immigrants who only get paid whats left over; which is never enough for them to do quality work. Also, the Production Manager, Buck Stevens, is an immature liar & lowlife thief.
