Big Disappointment. I would love to write a thorough review, if there was something to review. We drove almost an hour to get there....and it was closed! It was a Saturday afternoon and I had heard that it had some pretty good reviews on the drinks and some of the entrees. I had seen a review on TV-1 just the week before. Disappointingly, I can not give you any first-hand info on this restaurant

Endenu is fantastic!. I'm not sure why this restaurant seems to go back and forth from closed to open, but I randomly found out it was open again last night.

The venue is fantastic, the live band amazing. I don't understand why this venue is not completely packed with clientele every weekend, but I highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by the outside, which is very unimpressive, the inside is fantastic and the bartender/servers are great.

Definitively give this place a try. I'll definitively be making it one of my new hangouts.

Endenu is Back!. It warmed my heart when I was told that Endenu had reopened. I was a frequent visitor back in the day and was looking forward to the great service and even better food when I walked through the door. To my surprise, they appeared to have changed the menu (tapas concept). Never the less, I was hungry and ready to eat. The server recommended I try either the spicy lamb or the pan fried chicken. I decided to go for broke given the low cost (less than 16 bucks for both) and tried both. Simply put.... they were fantastic. After polishing off my meal, I asked the server why the change and he indicated that they were simply trying to freshen up the experience. He also suggested that I stick around for another thirty minutes for the entertainment. Apparently Endenu is offering live music five nights a week now...

Couldn't stay for the music, but will definitely be back soon...

A huge dissapointment on my birthday. I went with a group of friends for my birthday, after being told that my restaurant of choice was booked all night. We showed up and there was no wait, but the hostess had us choose our own seats. Then, the table wasn't set up, and we had to gather and exchange chairs to find some with cushions and not just uncomfortable metal bars. The decor was beautiful, and I held on to the hope that the restaurant would be good despite the overwhelmingly loud music. We placed our order from the "Soul Fiesta" menu. Our party ordered talapia tacos, a chicken dish, the crab cake(s), and some other Mexican/soul dish. The food was ok, but took over an hour to arrive. The portions were pretty small, and though we aren't big eaters, we all left a bit hungry. My friend was disappointed that he ordered the crab cakes and received only one. When we left, we were almost deaf from the loud music that was unavoidable (whether you sat inside or outside). Perhaps this restaurant wasn't a good fit for my birthday, but I can't imagine it being a good place to eat at any time.

Amazing Food!!. Went to this restaurant last night and I'm still giddy. I had the canape' as an appetizer and it was EXCELLENT, the beef medallion was the entree' and I cleaned my plate!!! It's been so long since I've found a restaurant that satisfied me completely with there being so many chains in Atlanta. The chef even came out to greet us. Two people with 2 entrees and an appetizer was incredibly cheap for the food we got and I'm really fighting the urge to go back tonight..and tomorrow night..and the night after that lol. I highly recommend this place to all! Just don't go on Monday's, they aren't open.

Deftly prepared American cuisine and earthy decor make a scene in this rehabbed downtown gallery space.. The Scene
Despite its decidedly urban location, the restaurant's decor chiefly invokes natural themes, from the autumnal red and brown color scheme to the stream of water that cascades beneath a glass counter through the hollowed-out bar. The main dining room features an array of intimate tables for four--beware the unyielding wrought iron chairs--and a simple stage. A cozy lounge sits off to the side, along with a patio. The crowd, dominated by artsy urban pioneers and neighborhood loft dwellers, is well served by a warm, gracious, efficient staff.

The Food
More bistro than black tie, the menu is replete with hearty, flavorful dishes. Tempura shrimp, plump and crispy, and creamy crab ravioli are choice appetizers. Entrees expertly navigate the tightrope between subtle and supple. An orange glazed salmon filet, tangy and sweet, achieves an ideal texture. A generous serving of beef tenderloin requires only a fork for cutting. For dessert, try the dense, deeply satisfying pecan torte.

The best ceaser salads I've had in a longtime. very hard workers, big ups to shana, torrey, and staff. A very beautiful and unique setting, comfortable environment and delicious entrees(yeah torrey). As well as a great hostess, Ms. Shana Byrd.

Neat space with lots of it!. Went on a Wed evening, not crowded at first but then a bar scene arrived and the service left. The food was good, the music was loud and our service had to be tracked down. He enjoyed hanging out at the bar more than placing our order.
