BEWARE! PRICE GOUGER. BEWARE! PRICE GOUGER! I bought a dress at Festivity and found the identical dress at a store in the same shopping center for $14 less. Festivity would not refund or give me a store credit for the $14 difference. Shop at other stores that carry the same brands such as Just The Thing on Pharr Road, Erica Read on Roswell Road, and Poppy's on East Andrews Drive

Displaying their goods in antique-looking cabinets and tables is one of the charming details that make this place unique among the other girly shops in the area. Bringing in most of their clothing fashions from Los Angeles, they provide one-of-a-kind cocktail dresses, tops, and shoes while also including locally made jewelry from designers like Smart Glass. Koozies with monograms, picture frames and even designed tampon tubes are some of the gift ideas that adorn the large brown and green room.

Like the original location in Buckhead, Festivity in the Highlands is a delicate, heavily pastel boutique that caters to the Highlands shopper seeking that perfect party gift. Stands carrying fresh-cut flowers adorn the sidewalks outside the store's entrance, where customers are greeted with a large mosaic sun-star on the floor. Extravagant, themed window and floor displays and a soft, lavender scent throughout give the shop a dainty, pristine aura.

The Goods
This occasions shop carries a little bit of everything, from intricate glassware and serving sets to scented candles, fragrant bath products and decorative lamps. A collection of exquisite, beaded jewelry by mostly local artists is reasonably priced from $18 to $30.
