Great Hotel BUT...... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Like Hotel California.
You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
It's true.
The place has quite a history. And it lives within the walls of these houses. You can feel it.
And, it's priced great for such a nice location!
Historic accommodations in the eclectic mix of Midtown's offerings..
The Scene
With its columned exterior and front porch, this classic bed and breakfast is a nice sanctuary in the midst of Midtown's fast-paced environment. Visitors are close to great restaurants, unique shops, and a variety of entertainment options. Fascinating local architecture and Piedmont Park are additional draws of the neighborhood.
The Details
Formerly known as guestsAtlanta, a 2001 renovation brought the property's three turn-of-the-19th-century mansions up to date. Each of the uniquely decorated rooms offers period charm with amenities such as down comforters, specially designed linens and spa bath products. Crisp, white fabrics provide a dramatic contrast against dark wood furniture. Customized packages are available to suit your specific holiday needs.
Save your money--. I attempted to stay here for a weekend. I thought the idea of a restored Southern home sounded great. The pics of the website looked good too. WRONG. The check-in house was being renovated & it was a disaster. The houses smell stale. The lighting is terrible as is the low-budget decorating. I peered into one of the community bathrooms. The shower curtain was covered in pink slime. My bathroom was TINY. There was a closet with a plastic accordian door (quality?) & a tv sat on a cheap table. For $30 mroe, I went to the W with a "heavenly bed" and internet connection.
NOT Impressed. This place is not at all what they advertise. The initial walk to the door told me to go elsewhere. The person who showed me the room seemed confused and explained it had been a rooming house that was being updated to a B&B. I had to walk down the hall to a shared bathroom, and Krispy Kreme would've made a better "breakfast".
Great Find in Midtown. Fantastic Find in Midtown. I really enjoyed my stay at guestsAtlanta. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are very cozy. The price is very affordable and the location is great. I would highly reccommend a stay at guestsAtlanta. It is within walking distance to Piedmont Park and all shops, bars, and restaurants. Highly suggest you try it for yourself.
Wonderful Place in Midtown. I was in Atlanta for a weekend a couple of weeks ago and found something I was not expecting, guestsAtlanta. I have stayed in similar places in other cities, and I must say, guestsAtlanta put them all to shame! The staff was friendly, and VERY helpful. The room that I stayed in was wonderful! I awoke to the smell of coffee brewing in the front loby. There was fresh orange juice and a wonderful bread served. All in all I was very impressed and can't wait to go back!
Great Place. I haven't stayed at GuestsAtlanta, but I was given a grand tour. Beautiful place, beautiful, exquisite rooms at a great price. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
