“Our sales associate, Bennie, took great strides in making sure my selection was perfect for me.”
Terrible Service. Location Doesn't Make the Quality.
I recently went to Tourneau in Lenox Mall because I had a question about an Omega watch that had been in the family for decades. It was passed down to me by my mother and I wanted to have it appraised.
As soon as I walked in accompanied by my husband, an employee standing near the entrance sized us up and walked us to the back of the store. One regular employee and the other appearing to be a manager proceeded to analyze my watch. I specifically asked if they had any extensive knowledge in vintage Omega watches and they replied that they did not. Knowing this, they continued to tell me that my watch was fake.
Not wanting to waste any more of my time there, I left with a card for an appraiser located in Buckhead. My watch was in mint condition and in its original packaging when I walked in. After speculating it, they didn't even bother to put it back into place. They dumped it back in the case.
They way they treated me and my husband was disgustingly rude. My husband and I are watch fanatics and losing us two as potential customers was one of the worst things they did. I didn't even stay to look at the products.
Tourneau needs to understand that location isn't what makes a person at all and learn to treat their clientele a lot better. Take some notes from Mayors' world-class customer service. I know they appreciated my business.

Terrible Service, Shady Practices. Recently purchased a watch for my wife at Tourneau. And can easily say that this will be my last purchase from them. I selected the watch and was quoted a price. As soon as the sales associate realized I intended to pay with Gift Certificates. The price was set back to the original price. I was very upset. But, what incentive do they have considering I have to make a purchase there because of the gift certificate. The manager was even ruder about that. So I agreed to pay the price and presented the 4 gift certificates as payment plus my credit card for the balance. Paid the bill had the manager note and initial where he was extending the return period. (7 days was standard, my wife's birthday was 7 days away) The transaction was complete and I left the store. The next day I received a threatening phone call from the manager telling me that I can only use 1 gift certificate per purchase and that I will have to return to the store. I had already paid, they accepted my valid gift certificates and now were threatening me with taking it to the "next level". I have never in my life been so upset with a store. The whole operation feels shady. They disappear with your credit card to "book keeping". It really feels like buying a used car. Never again will I buy from a Jewelry or Watch store at the mall.
Elegant Bulgari Anniversary Watch! Great Professional Staff!. Well today my significate other half, took me into the wonderful world of exclusive time at Tourneau, at upscale Lenox Square. I've been wanting an elegant Bulgari Watch from Italy, for years. Our sales associate, Bennie, took great strides in making sure my selection was perfect for me. Since I prefer yellow gold, but sometims mix, white and yellow, she showed me the perfect Bulgari timepiece. The case/bezel is 18k yellow gold, with the Bulgari logo around the bezel. The braclet is in stainless steel, with 18k yellow gold inserts. Automatic, my initials engraved on the back, and I feel like a million dollars. Tourneau probably has the largest watch selection in the metro. They also have a case of pre-owned watches and other jewelry items. I love this place. Ask for Bennie!
