I love this place!!. Great Hobby Shop. I've been coming to the Hobbytown in Duluth for years and feel like I'm part of the family. The employees are very knowledgable and friendly. The R/C section is well stocked and pricing is better than most of the other stores in the area. The kids love playing at the Thomas table and always put up a fight when it's time to go.

Awful Customer Service. The people who work here are low life a**holes. Be very wary of their "return" policies. Basically once you've bought it, that's it, your stuck.

Additionally, their sales staff are unfriendly and basically annoyed that you called to ask any type of question.

Will never shop here again and I would caution anyone against patronizing this establishment.

I would have given zero stars, but the form validator doesn't allow for it.
