Editorial Review for Club Europe – by Alison Embrey
The Scene
Spaghetti Junction marks the crossroads of the world, at least for Club Europe. Owned by Romanians, the 18-and-up club promotes a multicultural atmosphere, attracting a varied flock both in age and ethnicity. Don't be surprised to hear two or three different languages on the super-crowded dance floor or in the green-lit cafeteria-style seating area. Dizzying strobe lights and colored spots give the dance floor the personality of a twister board. A proliferation of sweater vest-wearing guys and scantily clad girls make for a spicy mix when the dancing begins.
The Draw
Bass-heavy DJ music wins over the crowd with a smooth medley of techno and remixed pop, blended with a dash of European funk. The club's theme nights do a good job divvying up the musical flavors: hip-hop/R&B Fridays, techno Saturdays and Latin Sundays.

Club Europe is so much fun! It's a small area, but i think it's convenient because then you're not missing out on anything. There's a room to sit and smoke and the dance floor is packed, but that makes it more fun! No guy has treated me disrespectfully yet since I have been going there. My friends and I will go together and dance in the cages, and just let loose! The DJ plays music from songs you here on the radio, to old favorite dance songs (like get low), and house music. And for the Ladies... it's FREE if you get there before 11! I think guys are free too! It's just that the club doesn't start getting packed until maybe midnight to 1am. But it's all good!
Pros: Good music, respectful people, nice bathrooms, good security service

Not many people were dancing. The entire club was thick with smoke. Everyone was barely, if, 21. The dress code was not enforced at all. It was exactly like a teenage dance club that I used to frequent. Atlanta has much better alternatives, as well does Athens, a short trip down the road. The atmosphere was "blah."
