“The two guys there are hunks to look at and they give very good customer service.”
Be careful at checkout. Cashiers will place your coupons on the side and not scan them in the end. Also BEWARE cashiers will scan the full price barcodes when purchasing reduced priced meats from the meat dept. This location has many employee's that are not capable of doing their jobs as they should or I should say choose not to! Customer service is nonexistent @ this location.
The familiar smiley face representing the world's largest retailer stands for dependably low prices and customer service..
In Short
What started as Sam Walton's vision in 1962 now accounts for more than $200 billion in annual sales. The well-respected discount store emphasizes value, customer care and variety. In addition to a full line of groceries, 36 retail departments offer everything from shoes to DVD players, including apparel, health and beauty products, electronics, toys, fabrics, craft supplies, jewelry and outdoor equipment. Wal-Mart Connect Internet service is also available, along with a wide range of computer equipment.
Some of the worst customer service in the area.. The store is cleaner and more attractive than most Wal-Marts. It is usually well stocked ... and has a nice pharmacy. But ... some of the customer service (front-end) is awful. They don't seem to be well trained in the field and they are rude. I tried to return a pattern that had never been open and a customer service agent told me I absolutely could not return it and that the info regarding pattern returns was posted in the pattern area ... it was not and there is not such policy ! I asked to speak with a manager and the manager promptly returned it for me. I spent about 45 minutes over-all just waiting in line and being told that the return wasn't possible, before the manager returned it for me. It was insulting and a huge waste of time to be spoken to rudedly by someone who didn't even know what she was talking about. Of all places in the store to have well trained people, surely the people that a customer would possibly have direct contact with should be "well trained and polite". I know that Wal-Mart doesn't pay well, but any job offered and accepted should be done to the best of a person's ability or that person should seek other employment ... Or if Wal-Mart was customer service oriented ... they would eliminate the riff-raff such as I encounterd.
PRETTYPEOPLESHOPHERE. The store is brightly lite. It's clean, and seems to have more to offer than some of the other Wal-Mart stores. Not to mention there is a bank inside! The two guys there are hunks to look at and they give very good customer service. What a deal in a Wal-Mart!
